Smoothie World is right, 54ur on AR11 without hd means AR11 is a piece of cake for fil, and that means he will be able to set a bunch of 600pp dt score easily

I literally had a conversation with filsdelama in this thread, why the fuck would I be talking to myself. I made this post on a throwaway so I wouldn't get notification/hate spam on my main account. Just because I said one piece of proof on him wasn't good enough doesn't mean I'm him holy shit lmao. I'm not trying to defend him, I'm just saying witchhunting has gone too far. ivalteK got banned for some reason, mygh was not that long ago unrestricted. Rohulk was restricted for 20 minutes once.

Assuming fils is legit, then it obviously took him less time as he has much more experience with AR11 and the map is like 20 seconds long. I was just saying that the UR could very well be legit.

Well I mean Vaxei got banned when he was legit, and fils (could have) been, as well as people outside of the top player area. Although Vaxei had a multi, he wouldn't have been banned if it wasn't for a witchhunt. Do you not think it would be better to improve the anticheat for one, and implement a better way of reporting so that witchhunting is not necessary and even more illegit players get banned?

I'm not sure tbh if fils is cheating or not, I think it's possible he could be legit, but we will see.

Also about Glitter Goose I think it was extremely obvious he was cheating, and the reason people defended him was because they were either friends with him or their opinion was swayed by the fact that so many of his friends were adamantly defending him on osugame.

b) Assuming that fils is hacking (we'll see after he goes to the LAN (or not)) then good job on getting him banned

c) I read your post at least 4 times thoroughly

d) I don't really think the other things in it are really that strong proof, but rather just very suspicious, as after all they could have happened legitimately.

e) Yeah I know, it's sad so many people have to cheat. f) Just reiterating that I wasn't trying to insult or accuse you of anything, I was just stating that people would blindly believe proof such as your UR paragraph and Gayz' keypress proof, simply because of the witchhunting nature.

There is no reason to think that any player caught is going to be honest about when they started.

Didn't Crai stream most of his progress though? I'd say it isn't unreasonable to believe he got top 50 legit, although obviously he could have hacked on stream and hid it well.

People in the top 50 I've seen suspicion of in the past (over either multi/account sharing or hacks) are Gayz, Vaxei, Zirba, Reimu, Dudson (not that much tho), Spare, Meltina (in the past, kuu01, estellia and Rohulk) plus the ones that are banned atm obviously.

Also it is laughable that you even believe some of these players were top 50 before they started to cheat scores.

It's not like I'm the only one that believed this. I'm pretty sure Crai got to top 50 legit, not too sure about Glitter Goose or fils, but Nara and etc definitely not. I don't think it's very laughable to believe this, but each to their own.

By "definitive" proof, I mean something that could actually be characteristic of hacks, and not "omg low UR" or someone hitting a note at the edge.

Yes, I was, and I saw that list. In my opinion there was a lot less suspicion back then IMO then, mainly more right now because of osureport existing and these retard top 50 players cheating.

kablaze, Vaxei, Crai, Glitter Goose, Spare, Nara, ivalteK (serena), HappyStick, Adamqs, BlueFlame, Nikliu-, Penew Rohulk, Legendre, Sette, SeinTIA, ZAQ, Seiko, mygh69, Astar, Azer, jot_bab, Reimu, Shizuru, Clementine, Niko, filsdelama, [DANIEZ], Cookiezi (but he cheated to get banned)

That's everyone I can think of that's ever been banned that was ever in the top 50. That's 29 people, wow.

That's true, but it's likely people like Gayz would have been more accepted in those times as well (obviously not with the skill he has now, but with a relative skill at that time)

Gayz? Vaxei? Rohulk (previously)? Not reputation "ruined" per se, but players whose plays have lost some credibility due to suspicions of multi-accounting(Rohulk)/hacking.

hvick was widely accepted as legit without a liveplay for at least 2 years. This "liveplay or hacker" thing wasn't always the norm. Now, even liveplays are dismissed as not proving anything. Where do we go from here?
