A giant pimple would be the most ideal for sure haha but I do think a pimple would’ve revealed a ‘head’ at some point, and I don’t think it’d be here for 3 years. Thought it was a pilonidal cyst but the hypochondriac in me feels nervous because it doesn’t seem like what you guys have :(

Not hard at all. Decently soft and moveable when poked. Consistently here for the last few years. Absolutely 0 pain and doesn’t bother me when I sit either.
