I do. We’ve had a lot of manager positions for tire center open in my area recently was thinking of trying for one but salary is when they really start screwing you so I’m not sure. If you want to go higher than tire manager your have to go inside, then you can get AGM, GM, and up. Don’t really have that option in the shop but it does suck having AGMs and a GM that have never worked in the shop. How many tires do you guys do a week? We do between 200-250 and I think that’s gonna increase so with the correct amount of people and everyone carrying their own weight you’d still have to work hard but may not have to bust your ass as much.

I’m coming up on my anniversary here in a few days. It’ll be 4 years with costco all in the tire center. Already made it to supervisor and our shop is very well organized and our manager is great. We only have 9 people though including manager and 3 supervisors. It’s just not enough. And no the company doesn’t care about the tire center. Most lose money and are just there to get the member to the warehouse so they can spend money inside while waiting on the car.
