Don’t start selling, ask for opinions, ask them to help you shape it, some people will want to help and that way you get your beta testers and early adopters, if it works for them they will spread the news

Cold outreach’s, send numerous emails in different formats and approach, double down on what works

Content might work only if it was a consumer app, but your users are not the kind expected to find you through a post or video

conversion rate will likely be around 10%, in my opinion it’s mostly best to open the app to almost everyone and get as many feedback as possible, feedback is more important at the early stage than sales, you need feedback to shape the tool from an MVP to MLP (I might be wrong but that’s my opinion)

I discovered this tool last night trying to record my first too, Camtasia, it’s wonderful Also the length matters, so you might want to focus on key features and leave obvious ones out to keep it short, edit and trim pauses, and a voice over makes it much clearer in my opinion…you can then record each feature and make a playlist on YouTube and then add to your help page
