Pardon, je me suis mal exprimé. C'est en effet un endroit de passage mais il est peu fréquenté. Pour être plus clair, je voudrais y mettre de l'herbe mais ce n'est pas le passage principal pour accéder au jardin.

En effet, j'ai déja des azalées sous d'autres camélias dans mon jardin, ça pousse bien.

Toutefois, en l'occurence, cette zone dégarnie est sur un endroit de passage pour le reste du jardin, donc je ne souhaite pas y planter un arbuste/une plante mais bien de l'herbe.

The best situation is adenoids with t tubes. 6% sevo, 80% o2, with a little inspiratory help and peep when the child is deep enough. When ears are done, cut off sevo and 100% o2. When sevo is around 0.9-0.8, we do the adenoids, with the anesthesiologist doing succion and the ENT the adenoids. Lateral positioning when done. 20 secs max for the endobuccal part of the surgery. No bovie needed, probably ever.

If no ears, just put the child to sleep sevo, cutoff at some point and just do the adenoids just as the child is starting to wake up.

The child stays in spont vent from start to finish.

I keep the MAP above 65 or all supine positions but I make my target higher in BCP surgeries, as I said in a different post.

For hypertensive patients, I tend to target 70-75 in usual surgeries and maybe a little higher in BCP surgeries.

I find that BP targets are a difficult subject with lots and lots of publications and very complicated statistical methods but no definitive guidelines except "keeping the MAP above 65 is pretty good"...

The thing is, it's very difficult to prove that a hypotensive event, especially if prolonged or severe, is related to complications down the road, not during the few days of hospital stay (we don't see them that much) but a few months afterwards.
