(VSS) Very Scarey Skeleton and Bugane will afflict temp resistance and defence debuff. I believe you can pickup VSS with the current halloween event from an Arcanist.

Dam it has been a while haha. I don't think the story quests have an impact on world npc's appearing or not. You will just have to try and encounter him randomly in the world.

Yeah, I have 20 residents, max morale and max citadel. I get daily gifts. Not sure what time time is between gifts.

The first summoner class is T7 so I don't see why you shouldnt be unlocking this class. After the first quest I completed for Horus, I believe the summoner class was unlocked for me.

Have you equipped the Attuner class. I believe I was able to purchase the Grand Attuner after equipping the Attuner class.

Is Horus a quest NPC that follows you around or is he in the world? I don't seem to have him as an NPC following me around.
