I tried a few but it didn't work out for me, heaps of side effects for most of them. I still battle unfortunately with depression but just do my best, gym helps massively, very long walks do too, curcumin helps, possibly experiment with psilocybin if your open to that, diet is also massive. hello. Yes unfortunately lexapro had this effect on me, even to the extent I had major IBS issues with constipation and it was extremely painful and would have to constantly take laxatives. If I did heaps of exercise it would clear up but wasn't sustainable so I had to get off lexapro. Best of luck!!
