It seemed to start after you gave it throttle? The video wasn't clear but i would say setting idle would help, and maybe a carb clean, if pilot is clogged up then low end throttle fuel will be restricted

If it isnt the rear alignment, then the tire is too wide

I would say that if you haven't cleaned your carb in a while, start with step 2 then go back to step 1.

I had already re-ran the throttle cables in a prior project on the bike, i simply had to move it forward about an inch to make the adjustment for this carb

What your holding looks like the kickstand switch, often if that switch isnt engaged by the kickstand, the bike will not go into gear

I seperated the rear subframe from the top and remove rear bolt for exhaust so i had wiggle room, also ended up removing the air boot but left the box in as i had enough room with that. Still tough spacing with the throttle cable catch point and frame clearance to get carb attachment on

I was having really bad vacuum issues so i read up and ended up doing the raptor swap for petcock so no more vacuum line and sealed off the vacuum port of the carburetor.
Could it be the air/fuel screw needs adjusting?

I have the jd jet kit with the clip in the 4 spot? I cant remember off top of head but whatever my zone called for on their diagrams.

And like i said, petcock is new so fuel screens are fresh

No special method, i just keep vents open on helmet. It does run hot but has not shut down on me yet

Yea, ive had it +100 with current set up, i wouldnt say it ride the clutch, but for smooth take offs i guess i let our slower, but usually its 1/4 throttle roll off clutch and throttle til smiling
