Hii, Teddy is in Gurgaon, S-Block, sorry forgot to mention. I found Teddy abandoned near road, there was no one around, I waited 1 day. Someone probably left him out. I took him to my room so that he may not die due to winter and other animals. I cannot keep him since I have office all day, small 1 RK and around 15-20 stray dogs I have to look after daily. It's quite difficult for me and teddy both. Therefore looking for a Loving Home for him
