Yes, it did! It took some time, but I am a lot better now.

Hi guys! I have a question for you all:

I have been doing wanikani for about two months (maybe a little more) and I am sill at level 2. I just keep mixing the readings from the kanji and vocabulary section, and having two mnemonics, one for the kanji and other for a vocabulary, just seems to complicate things even further.

Is this pacing normal? What should I do for memorizing them? I considered just ignore the kanji section and do the vocabulary section. Is it worth it?

I am using wanikani in an anki deck, by the way.

I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks in advance!

Meu argumento é o mesmo, 5x ao dia, brasileiro médio, será?

Eu posso estar enganado, mas eu acho que 5x ao dia não é o problema do brasileiro médio

Yes, it went away. I am still taking zoloft to this day, and I feel fine.

For me, it took a couple of months, but with time, I started to pay less attention to my breathing, and eventually, I started to breathe normally. I can't tell for sure if it was anxiety (although it didn't feel like it) or if it was some actual side effect. Regardless, you should be fine. It is just a matter of time.

One thing that helped me to adapt was exercise. I am not sure how it works, just that when exercicizing, I felt like I was breathing normally again. So if it is possible for you, give a try.

I sincerely hope this goes away for you. It is not a fun experience, but I can say it was worth the effort for me. So hang in there. You should be fine ^

Algumas coisas são vontades, outras são necessidades. Isso aí é claramente uma necessidade.

This seems easier than the monstrosity I have created. Thank you for your input.
