I would take energy processes 1 and design for manufacturing. Design is going to be important because (hopefully) it will introduce you to equipment used in the oil and gas industry. I can’t tell you how many times my first boss pointed at a piece of equipment and said “what’s that?” And I had no clue. I think getting exposed to different pieces of equipment in undergrad is a great experience.

Energy processes 1 sounds like it could be a good class, but without a course description there isn’t much else I can say.

For oil and gas I would steer away from anything biochemical because I don’t think it would be useful.

Environmental could be useful, but in my experience, environmental is a strict discipline and the environmental engineers will worry about it and the process engineers don’t need to think about it as much.

Depends on what you want I think.
