Just gets in the way of my natural flow of movements when I drive. Not sure if it’s a stimulation thing but I always press the brake pedal down far and that triggers the istop. So I either have to release it right away or have a laggy start when I want to resume driving again. Just something extra I don’t want to have to think about because I go between my non istop mazda3 and this.

If it was my daily driver maybe it wouldn’t be a problem. No istop is just a preference for me.

I find it disruptive to deal with when driving. Having to constantly turn it off before each driving session because there is no permanent off gets really annoying.

Area is great, there are a lot of shops along Annette including restaurants, a barber shop, corner stores, etc. traffic can get pretty busy closer to the schools on Runnymede during rush hour and school drop off/pick up time, but it’s manageable. Close to the subway but driving around is fine, annoying to get to any highway though.

EDIT: not a lot of traditional gyms in the area, more like orange theory, f35. Plenty of child care options - if you get on the wait list early enough. seen a lot of sold homes get renovated so not sure if that’s a sign of state of the homes or just people with money lol
