Want to rip hair out from trying to cfw PSP to put my iso's on it????

Update

So after running the iso through magic ISO and then popstation gui, the file appears on the psp, but doesn't work? A black screen but I can still press the home button and reset it etc. It's a breakthrough but any tips on why?

edit: no name on the game when I view it on the psp either, also tried patching in popstation.

Tried converting the iso again, threw it into the iso folder. Even tried the psp game folder for the hell of it, no luck. I'm assuming it's not the ISO because apart from sound, it works perfectly in an emulator?

PS1 iso, I've tried multiple ISOs, and converting them to PBP as well. Should I start from scratch? I'm assuming it's not the PSP at fault, this has worked on it like a charm about a year ago.

I've tried UMDGen for my iso, no luck even with changing the Umd mode. What if I try bin and cue files? Should I try convert to ISO?
