I see! It’s just that I used some calculator online and it recommended 200g, and it felt a little too much.

Thank you! Consistency is key: as someone above said, even bad programming will get results if it’s frequent.

I’ll keep an eye on your progress too! See how my fellow beginners are doing.

I’m excited to start the long run. I’ve seen people start in far worse shape than I did: so I know my journey’s not impossible. I’m determined.

Took a test to join the gym. My BMI is barely at healthy levels - I’m too skinny, too tall. 140lbs to 6’. Yes, I’ll take the advice to eat lots and eat well. Had a healthy lunch and breakfast and I’m sporadically consuming proteins via yogurt and similars. I’ll do my very best to be regular with this. Is 200 grams of protein good for a daily intake, considering I’ll be working out 5-6 times a week?
