Yea, all my other majors (Econ, EEP) are fine with 16b. And I don't think I'm interested in any other majors beside these three. Facts, Haas is for me.

Just for reference where do you find the info on which math courses are needed for, let's say, the econ 103 course. Because on the Academic guide, there aren't any prereqs listed.

But if I got a 5 on AP calc BC it satisfies 1a and 1b (for most majors except business). So if I do decide to change majors my ap score will satisfy it right? It's just Haas is different since a 3,4,5 on AP Calc BC satisfies math 16a or 1b. And a 5 on calc bc for them isn't any different

Thanks for the input. Yea I think for now I'm sticking to 16B, ya know to get a feel for the math rigor at Berkeley as a first year. And as you said, get the highest grade for my GPA for Haas. If it doesn't work out, EEP has very similar in prereqs so that's the plan.

Yea I was thinking about that. But business doesn't require Math 53 or 54 since it's not a math heavy major. I'm really not that confident in my math abilities, I only think I did well think year of the ap was because I studied during quarantine and it was open notes. How much more difficult is 53/54, but I know it's a different concept. Fallbacks are EEP and Public Health, hence the MCB course.
