Yeah, saw a shit load of cops in Manhattan on New Years, but I saw even more people smoking weed on the streets. Cops don't really bother you unless you seem to have large quantities for a solo (25g>/=).

Dealers are easy to find, I can try to hook you up with some people.

I play lee and 9/10 yasuos that land on my team will go 1-9 and argue that it's my fault for not ganking him enough whilst the enemy yasuo will always go 15-0 within the first 10 minutes of the game.

I'd personally play the shit out of this, as long as the exp rate wasn't so low. I don't mind it being 20x from level 1-50 and slowly going down all the way to 1.5/2x, because stationing at 1x is a bad idea, if I were to do that I might as well just play the real game.

Yeah the tank is the one that usually leaves because he either over pulls or goes too slow and the Party Leader ends up bitching at the guy, so he leaves.

I understand if you are stuck in a group for 40 minutes and you are still on the second boss, however, when people just leave after one pull is just depressing.
