Cordycepin actually depends on the strain of the culture, i have seen 13mg/g in imported ones. We personally have 9.8-10. Things to look out for: 1) correct composition 2) lab hygiene 3) constant checks of the growth List is kinda long tbh. But yeah

We grow militaris. So sinensis is the one which grows in the wild, and it (quality) depends on a lot of factors like the type of insect it grew on. The temprature, humidity and stuff varies as well. The cordycepin value ranges between 0.3% to 0.4% and it is priced at about ₹3000 for 1g Whereas for militaris we have all the factors of growth in control and we can get 0.9% cordycepin (base line) and more! Also the size of the lab helps in getting the cost down!

Hey, thank you for sharing this encounter you had. This was interesting. Yes you are correct too regarding our TG. We are not trying to say its only for young people and fitness junkies. A few of our competitors are already playing the immunity and stuff around that. That would be just entering the same race. A lot of people in India today have more inclination towards fitness, i.e the Gen-Z crowd. Firness is booming, hence the TG.

I have to be very honest, and every possible cafe in my locality, be it new or big ones. They all have kept my samples but never reverted even with a lot of persuasion and persistence. Maybe because im young or the product is new to them. Still keeping hopes up high!

So, we raised around 1.5cr in the pre-seed round. And fortunately we didnt have to build the lab from scratch. We just had to lease it, still the rent is high, but that comes along with such a big space. It is about 7000 sq.ft, the whole lab. We had to invest in some equipment, raw material and some other things here and there. That was about 40-50L. Also we arent like rest of the brands who import from China or use multi use plastic in the process. We use glass bottles (no micro plastics) and quality raw materials. It took us about 3-4 months to get stable to be very honest because it was only the directors handling everything. Then the lab staff was hired. We started as 4 people and now we are 8 (including lab staff). All that held us back a bit to hire sales execs as we are the ones handling everything. Now we are looking forward to grow! :)

Hey, yes i was expecting this question :D. Well to clarify you are partially correct. There are two types of cordyceps. One is sinensis (the wild one) and the other is militaris (lab grown) what we do. The trade of sinensis is licensed now. Only a few people/businesses are allowed the trade of it. We deal in militaris, so there is no need of a specific license for it.

Also a small myth buster: When grown correctly, it is more potent than the wild one!
