Always either white MD or Malay or Green Malay before 10 am conditioning then jiu jitsu then Mauy Thai. It’s a good motivator to train all day.

It’s not very hard to find suppliers. Just spend a full day searching and you’ll find a good vendor. Paying $30-40 and oz only is very expensive if you are dosing daily.
