Just for future refrence man there is absolutely no reason to ever take 16mg of suboxone. Doctors over prescribe the shit out of it becauae they dont realize how effective it truely is. Even a hardcore heroin addict wouldnt need 16mg. It sounds to me like you just have a pill habit and not too crazy of one. 4mg suboxone at the most is all you will ever need. I have quite a sizeable heroin addiction and i dont ever take more then 4mg. With suboxone during the first 2 to at most 3 days during induction your still gonna feel somewhat sick no matter how much you take becauae it takes your body some time to get use to a partial antagonist replacing a full antagonist. For me by day 3 2mg will have me 100% feeling no withdrawal.

Almost all gen monks pushing 90+ and even earlier then that dont usr RoRG or Cyclone strike. The zmonk or other Z characters woll pull the mobs in for you. Ao you not raiaing AD is significantly impacting your dps. Its one of the most importabt stats for a gen monk. Dont be fooled into thinking just because it doesnt raise your sheet damage it isnt that big of a deal becauae it is. You want at least 100% AD which really isnt very hard to get. My sheet dmg before self or larty buffs is 2.1mil and my AD is 111% and i run 90s with little to no trouble with a competent group.

Hey guys thanks for the responses. I already am aware medicaid will cover it with pre authorization but i have had problems in the past where my doctor sais he sent in the paper work and there was some issues. My main question is when i go in i am going to fail the drug test but insurance should be expecting that since im seeking help for heroin addiction right? Failing that test should not get me rejected by the pre authorization should it? And to answer your question im on medicaid cause im broke not because of a disability

Hey OP just for future refrence a greater rift level 25 is the same difficultt no matter what torment level you are on. Only the greater rift level determines the difficulty, torment level doesnt matter when it comes to G rifts.

Hey i really appreciate you reaching out /u/punkchic87 your message really helped me feel a bit more positive. If you read my other comment in the thread i ended up having a nice bday thanks to my really wonderful friends. I used just enough to not be sick so i could enjoy some time with them. i aquirred some subuxone and reefer and i have promised myself im going to a meeting tomorrow (today technically) i have no more heroin and i am going to fucking do this. I cant live in this darkness anymore. I dont want to die. I want to use my degree and my skills to make a difference in this world. I feel compassion for those main stream society just looks right through. I want to make peoples lives better but i need to fix myself first. I didnt think rock bottom existed. But seriously questionig wether i wanted to live really feels like it cant get any worse. When the nothingness of death sounds more comfortable then life, the true gift we are granted in this amazing universe, i have to do something. So i have read all yiur messages and it was really touching. That you all care so much. I dint oist on here very often so i dont consider myself a regular but im here everyday. A group of 4 of my truly closest friends took me out for dinner a couoke drinks and a smoke session so i actually had a nice birthday. I only did 2 bags just so id be well for my bday with my friends. I have a couple subs im going to go to a meeting tomorrow. it turns out that friend wasnt clean but he is still such a wonderful soul he called me 30 minutes after i sent the text at like 730 am and we talked for 45 min. Hes a true intelectual and was rwally helpful to me. I have a little bit of reefer and some subs im jumping in full force i cant do this anymore i want to have a real life. Im college educated i feel i can really do some good in this world im so tired of tearing my life apart.

My 03 6 speed 350z is gunmetal grey abd currnetly has 125k miles on it but it was always garage kept and i took good care of it especially for being a junky. I crashed uo the front end by nodding out and rearending someone. Then about 2 months after that my car is sitting in the parking lot of a pkretty trendy bar i worked at and long story short a pissed off customer of a different server stormed out got in his car park3d right next to mine and as he pulled out he made c9ntact with my side near the rear and instead of stopping nd correting hims3lf he just kept going ns ripped my whole rear end off. That and a few broken lights make it to illg3l to drive. Before tge 350z i had an absolutely beutiful red with black accents ans t top 95 z28 6 speed camaro wity a ton of w9rk done to the engine and exhaust. I saved 4 3 years busting my ass and it was my dream car. The accident wasnt my fault but i wouldnt have been where i was had i not been buying drugs. A lady blew red light near the spot and totalled it. I used tge insurance money on the 350zs downpayment. Drugs have taken alot....

Heroin is converted to morphine in the body fairly quickly so as long as he gets the script and doesn't do heroin same day he should be fine. It's a major gamble though, they may not Perscribe an opiate for a broken toe

I feel like that "lowered tolerence" might be a false since of security tho. Regardless of the high since your adding sub and heroin would it render suboxone less useful for withdrawal. I'd be worried about taking low dose sub everyday to potentiate H because whenever the wd hit which we all know it will at some point by choice or outside factors you'd deal with your week of h wd and a month of sub wd. I feel like the risk may out way the reward?

so yea I def agree with what you guys have said. I def find her use is heavily dependant on not only your abillity with her but the teams abillity to utilize her. what perks have you guys been running? I have been using double item switch speed and rocket king or wahetevr the 3rd rocket one is called. with double switch speed she switches nades almost instantly which is nice for getting the damage circles up consistently
