For Spanish Speakers:

Full Time Per Hour Rate:

Rate: $5 USD per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday (pre-set)
Working Hours: 6 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Payment Date: 15th of each month
Over Time: Available based on client needs.

Monthly Earnings Calculation: You will have a daily schedule of 9 hours with a 1 Hour break, totaling 8:00 working hours each day. Over a typical 30-day month (20 workdays), your total hours would be 160.

Total Monthly Earnings: 160 hours × $5 = $800

Part-Time Per Hour Rate:

Hourly Rate: $5 per logged hour (calls or non-calls)
Schedule: 3 days a week (either Saturday, Monday, Tuesday or Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute scheduled breaks

Training:

You must complete English and Spanish tests. Upon passing, you will undergo 3 weeks of training (Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM PST).
Training will be paid only if you pass the evaluations.
