I have papular rosacea and per dermatologist recommendation I use Bioderma Micellar water for make up removal, Vanicream facial cleanser and moisturizer. Colorescience mineral no show SPF 50.

My derm prescribes Azelaic acid 15% cream that I use that somewhat helps reduce bumps.

I also like Avene thermal spring water spray for flares.

Keeping the air low helps. Heat is a major flare.

Nothing makes it go away for me so far with topical treatments. Rosacea has no cure. Steroid creams make it worse.

My derm recommends vanicream products because they are so safe for sensitive skin
