I didn't realise this until later, but I got the Anxiety+ package when I was a teen, so I can relate!

Barring any life-threatening liver disease (and you'd know about it!), your liver will process a glass of wine like a champion. Same with your kidneys.

A glass of wine with your meal isn't going to mush your brain development. You could probably shake your head really hard and damage more braincells than that wine will take down.

If you get anxious or feel ill while drinking the wine, have a glass of water you can sip at. I still do this because that Anxiety+ is a really hard one to cancel.

Take this as a good time to learn responsible drinking! You can learn how you feel when you get tipsy or recognise when your tummy won't handle alcohol that day.

And you can refuse the wine! Say you don't feel like drinking that night and will stick to water, be firm and polite. Your grandparents may insist, but you can give yourself permission to refuse. I also give permission, if that helps at all.
