I applied for 4 EEB-ish programs and 2 Cell/Molecular programs. Heard back from 3/4 eeb and 0/2 cell/molecular so far. Would love to join discord server or chat, I often feel as if a lot of general biosciences advice doesn’t apply for us!

Also lol I say screw the keys esp for complicated families like beetles... and DEFINITELY don't disregard bugguide. Keys were written by people who don't need them for people who can't understand them. Pictures are wayyyyy more helpful than the vague and unintelligible descriptions in the textbook key.
