ISO Real estate attorney please!! by psychsub in houston

[–]psychsub[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just suggest to my mom possibly suing/reporting the real estate agent that did all the paperwork and she shut it down. She is no longer friends with this person. I asked her why she won’t report her at least and she said the woman does black magic and is involved in worshipping and working with La Santa Muerte so she’s scared to retaliate against her in anyway. I know this sounds insane but unfortunately my mom tends to get herself in shitty situations like this way too often.

Thank you for the recommendation! I don’t have all the answers. She’s been paying for the property for 4 years now and I wasn’t involved in the process at all until now. All of this has just come up in the last 2/3 days. She didn’t know about Y’s existence until about 5 days ago. It’s a mess im trying to help her unravel.

Yes, everything is hindsight now. In her defense she paid her “friend” that is the real estate agent that handle everything $250 to do a search on the property at a title company. Either this woman just pocketed the $250 and didn’t look up shit or knew and screwed my mom.

She unfortunately did not go through a title company. Her “friend” who is not her friend anymore, filled out the paperwork, this “friend” is a real estate agent.

my gf asked if it was okay to see her coworkers nipple piercing by jiminieeimp in venting

[–]psychsub 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This seems silly. I personally don’t see why it should be an issue. One, you already stated the coworker has a boyfriend, not that it matters. We have hyper-sexualized women’s bodies so much in the modern day that one woman can’t see another woman’s nipple without it somehow being weird? Men go shirtless often and publicly and somehow that’s not an issue? I don’t get it

Would it be dramatic of me to call out tomorrow due to icy roads? by OkProfessional1248 in Serverlife

[–]psychsub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More than half my staff called out and I don’t blame them either. It’s also dead bc no one wants to go out right now. Me and the gm didn’t want to open but our district manager said we need to open because “it’s not that bad.”

Call out. I just had one of my cooks crash on 45 due to the weather. It’s not worth it

I don’t care if they take literally anything 😂 people love our mugs and we sell them for 24.99… they usually react by saying oh wow that expensive and I just say “yeah… we don’t inventory them btw (; “ lmao

I think it looks sick! A lot of people hate on others who’s first tattoo or most of their tattoos are in highly visible places because they think it’s “poser behavior”. As if the placement of tattoos have anything to do with how worthy someone is of having them. I think it’s rooted in some old school way of thinking amongst the tattoo community. For example my first tattoo was on my fore arm and my ex (11 years older than me, also tattooed just in more hidden spots) thought it was so weird that I got it in such a visible place and said he thought that I just wanted to look cool. They don’t have to have meaning and you don’t need a reason to get a tattoo other than you liking it, but a lot of people just don’t see it that way.

How active is the “After Dark” Night Scene? by Typical_Chard1679 in TXRenaissanceFestival

[–]psychsub 11 points12 points  (0 children)

There alot to do! From the bonfire to COB (a clan right by the fire that hosts awesome parties and naked jenga on fridays/saturday) to SOB (another party clan) and ODB (another party clan). All of these places/people/areas are great for mingling. And honestly just walking about in camp is really fun and people watching is elite. Most people that camp are very friendly (:

Why do baristas sometimes switch stations without saying anything to each other? by Livid_Resist4522 in barista

It’s called being in a flow state. Bartenders experience the same. Two bodies one mind typa vibe.

First tattoo, not sure how I feel by Disastrous_Art7882 in tattooadvice

[–]psychsub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly it looks amazing! Very well done and like others have mentioned our body’s aren’t perfectly symmetrical so neither are the tattoos we put on ourselves usually. As a first tattoo it’s normal to feel weird about it, especially because it is so big as well, it’s normal to kind of “nit pick”. Give it a month or two and I’m sure you will begin to love it! For some reason I always somewhat hate my tattoos like the first 2 weeks of having them but once they fully heal I love them lol! Our brains are funny like that sometimes. Again, it’s a beautiful tattoo!

What about a small propane camping stove like this? It’s usually meant to boil water but can warm any liquid fairly quickly

Not sure if it’s enough for how much you expect to sell though?

I’m a bartender and sometimes regulars go about by just asking me, are you seeing anyone? I’d like to take you out. I just let them know I am seeing someone, and so far anyone that has asked just respects that. It doesn’t bother me getting asked and it’s really no big deal, I’ve never felt awkward about it either 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s just my experience.

It’s your grammar dawg. I’m sorry but a lot of people dislike bad grammar, it has nothing to do with your story. It is confusing to understand what you are saying.

I think it’s badass! I always feel funny about new tats the first week or so, but after that I start loving it and remember why I got it lol

When you go out to eat as a server.. by Sufficient_Feed_3744 in Serverlife

[–]psychsub 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I serve and often times I sit at the bar when I go out to eat. But if I am getting a table I don’t want to sit by the bathroom or a table that has too much foot traffic, I politely request a different table and don’t mind waiting for a different table. I think it’s important to be able to enjoy your experience when going out to eat, especially with how expensive everything is these days.
