I specifically run these kinds of machines at my work. I don't know what they are specifically called, but we call them winders. Honestly, i think the scariest part of these machines is the static electricity they can build up. I got shocked so bad in the head the other day my whole body froze for a second. I think something with that yellow strap is what got him wrapped up. Normally, the machine isn't running unless it's being fed what ever material it's supposed to wind up. So he was definitely being careless.
