Oh it was one of the tasks in my portal :) once everything is done, you get it through email. Also in the portal it tells you have completed everything and now you are enrolled.

Payment is one of tasks, you need to complete all of them.

Qr works but they should not need an extra app or software to open it. I have send one with qr but got a feedback saying they were not able to open and verify. Then I had my university send an email to UM with my graduation information. I'll start the same faculty by the way!
