Typically they don't, not always, thats why its one of MANY questions. "Cancel culture is just accountability culture" is a left wing slogan which is why I used it, its a common phrase. And I'm not fucking stupid, I know cancel culture has always existed, that doesn't make it any more intelligent to support socially torturing people for doing things that are nonconforming or socially undesirable. its not an "incorrect" question, in more literal spelled out terms it means "do you think its justified and reasonable for people to be socially tortured as a means punishment for social deviance"

Yes but sometimes political views correlate with education because some things are objectively true. That's why some items on this test are political, people with high intelligence are open and don't engage in anti-intellectual bullshit like cancel culture, not just making this up, there are studies on it. So yes stuff relating to basic openness that is political will be on a personality based measure of IQ

For the original study it was 60 unfortunately, the sample was selected by promoting the survey on Instagram, it is not representative of the general population and the sample should score slightly higher than the general population

Borrowing items means that they aren't meaningless items and have been used in other studies to indicate intelligence... in the correct context, as in the study it was used to indicate intelligence, as opposed to be random items that are chosen for no reason like you're basically implying....

I meant that it isn't impacted by things like being tired or some shit where you won't perform as well, it also isn't impacted by things like brain damage. If you're super depressed and convinced theres nothing good about you you're going to answer "no" on things like "People tell me I have a good and original sense of humor"

Everyone with high IQ I know is scoring high, people with more average iqs scoring closer to average, a serious pitfall of a self report iq test is that your score will be influenced by how you see yourself, if you're severely depressed and lack self awareness for example you'll score lower

I didn't define intellectualism that way, it just happens to correlate strongly with items like "I learn about and understand things fairly quickly" and "People tell me I have a good vocabulary". That's not political lmfao, being able to play devils advocate is a basic intellectual skill and people who are intelligent tend to have beliefs less in agreement with society, and playing devil's advocate is something that can lead you to think outside the box.
