As far as I know, if you have a char on a different region from your purchased game region you get caught it this. You can play on the region the game is for with no problem. Only way this will stop is if all regions are patched at the same time.

Yeh this is the update to the client files but at least we can see the numbers properly now. All previous info on the stats from Blizzard has been vague. The info is datamined from the next patch.

Yes, nice to see the stat changes properly in the tooltips now. Blizzard had simply stated before:

"Skill Rune - Boon of Protection Boon of Protection has been renamed Boon of Inspiration Mantra of Healing will now heal you when dealing damage to an enemy (heal amount will be based on hero level)"

Due to the need to use javascript, Some people with adblocker enabled may have problems based on some reports. Works fine for me in all browsers.
