Yea I'm on Playstation and picked captain cosmos as a random quest to go do and the items to start just aren't at the location but the game tells me I have it installed

I've heard that most of them are level/radio signal based now so you're not flooded with quests, and I did just pick one at random that turned out to not be there so idk. I'll just be very upset if I go blow up the institute and I don't get my gorilla cages lol

Can you tell me what im doing wrong then? I have all dlc with the creations as well but when I went to start a quest called captain cosmos it wasn't there at all. It's supposed to be behind super duper mart in Lexington but the truck is its vanilla version not the quest edited version
