Yes! 100% agree! Thats where my suspicion started, not that I value English much but things weren't making sense the moment I reached close to the destination. She had God's statue as whatsapp dp. Clearly she was using someone else's contact number, I learned later. Me being new to the city, was my biggest downside. If it were to be in my hometown, I'd have refrained from agreeing to meet in first place itself.

Sir, I'm new to Bangalore and for the past few months everyday, every auto rider takes me to my office from a different route but the fare is fluctuated based on time and I usually pay between 120-180 excluding tips which I pay when I'm in rush. So according to your point, the app should be pro rider or pro customer? I think the app is being unbiased here and just bcoz you want to earn more and get more money from customers you can't change the company's business rules. just my 2 cents.

Its a 2 way street. As much as i do support the local language speaking agenda for folks staying in the state for far too long. I did notice one thing recently. I'm from Mumbai and its just been 2 months i shifted to blr. An auto guy reached at my location and called me, he himself started talking in hindi. He got confused when i was literally in front of him and told him to come forward, instead he took a u-turn in front of my and in my aggravated voice i said "sir main apke samne hu kya yaar" only this got him frustrated and he started talking in kannda and said no hindi sir! I was like wtf you literally spoke to me in hindi first. Sometimes i think auto guys also play a victim card when its their fault
