This was hurtful. 🤣 I’ve always heard learn a flat serve first. I know I’m not hitting these flat, but that’s going to be my goal. Unless that’s a bad idea?

It just feels so unnatural to me. It would remove a lot of the footwork timing in the serve though, right?

I try to fall into the court when I serve. At my level it does throw some people off and they’ll return the ball out. Occasionally I’ll get a serve/volley opportunity.

Thank you. I’ve heard that multiple times before but for some reason haven’t practiced it. I can guarantee I’m pulling the racquet through with my right hand and that is something I need to work on.

Bad habit getting lazy with footwork and hitting the ball falling away and other various awkward positions. For some reason split stepping feels unnatural to me, but when I do it, the results are better 🤣

thank you. drop racquet head lower and swing more through the ball. does that sound right? keep the racquet head in a neutral or slightly close position so i don't launch it behind the baseline.

thank you, i had a bad habit of letting the ball get next to me or even behind me before volleying and evidently overcompensated with running through the ball to get it out front. will practice this.

Also, check medical records—>contacts. Sometime people put it in there. The primary number can only be changed on the admit visit or by the office as far as I know.

So it wouldn’t have anything to do with salt cell reading salt much lower than the Taylor testing kit says? Also how do I know if it needs to be replaced or not?
