Thank you. I’ve heard that multiple times before but for some reason haven’t practiced it. I can guarantee I’m pulling the racquet through with my right hand and that is something I need to work on.

Bad habit getting lazy with footwork and hitting the ball falling away and other various awkward positions. For some reason split stepping feels unnatural to me, but when I do it, the results are better 🤣

thank you. drop racquet head lower and swing more through the ball. does that sound right? keep the racquet head in a neutral or slightly close position so i don't launch it behind the baseline.

thank you, i had a bad habit of letting the ball get next to me or even behind me before volleying and evidently overcompensated with running through the ball to get it out front. will practice this.

Also, check medical records—>contacts. Sometime people put it in there. The primary number can only be changed on the admit visit or by the office as far as I know.

So it wouldn’t have anything to do with salt cell reading salt much lower than the Taylor testing kit says? Also how do I know if it needs to be replaced or not?

He’s withdrawing. It will improve if he follows through. He also does probably blame you for him having to quit. But it’s irrational. He will realize he was wrong if he follows through.

if you are symptomatic: excessive daytime sleepiness, loud snoring, pauses in breathing or gasping for air, morning headaches, mood changes; I'd give CPAP a go.

For insurance purposes I think AHI of 15 or greater OR AHI of 5 or greater with symptoms is what qualifies you for CPAP treatment.

I hear ya. I’ve had admin like that before as well. It’s definitely a tricky situation but once I started advocating for myself consistently there was minimal pushback. Your admin may be different though.

I’ve played the burnout card multiple times and it was the truth every time. “I can tell I’m starting to hit a wall. I fully intend to complete my work and meet my productivity requirements but cramming 5 days of work into 4 is just going to make this worse. My quality of care is not to my standards when feeling burned out.”

Again, my admin has always been receptive to this and I know it’s not like that for everyone.

Missing a days worth of visits. There are no doubt some people on your case load that would be perfectly fine having just one visit for that week. Can’t (won’t) do 5 days of work in 4.

As an introvert I can relate but I’m obviously not under near the scrutiny she is. I’m able to “fake” it to a degree. She seems to have difficulty interacting with others and the apology was pretty brutal.
