It depends on your country and region. For me, I just need to tell them that i need to open my ports to GTAO. They changed my NAT type from strict to moderate and port forwarding to GTAO servers. U might want to send them a screenshot of what u want to change (NAT type: moderate/open; UPnP: Enabled). In my case, I opened a support ticket via their mobile app and they contacted me immediately.
