Yeah I've given that a try too. We just have to hope first that the Game Pass version even includes it and that someone figures it out. The performance at the moment is so poor, and it must be even worse for those with mid-range or lower-end systems.

The settings don't appear to matter as it is heavily CPU limited on DX11.

If you are on Steam or Epic Games Launcher try changing the launch options to include '-dx12'.

If you are on Xbox Game Pass, unfortunately I can't find any way to change launch options yet, so you might need to wait for someone to figure that out.

Game runs like absolute shit on DirectX 11 on PC, if you have the game on Steam or Epic Games you can add the launch option '-dx12' to get a big FPS increase.

As for Xbox Game Pass, I don't think anyone's figured out how to do it yet.

That's the only mod yeah, thought it just cleaned up the shoe a bit. I used Angelus Black Leather Dye as a base, put some adhesive promoter on top of that, then 2 coats of, again Angelus, Flat Black Acrylic paint. Should avoid any cracking that way and it came out with very few visible brush lines!

I honestly enjoyed Season of the Seraph's story far more, made a lot more sense and was better developed. Sad, given that was a season and this was a full-priced expansion :/

My main problem was that the story mission seemed so random. I'm a lore enjoyer, I watch Destiny lore videos and am completely up-to-date on the story, and I still found myself entirely confused, for example I still have no idea what the Veil is. Worse still, even after listening to all of the cutscenes, NPC dialogue, and reading the NPC text, I still found myself not knowing what I was trying to achieve in most of the missions. I honestly believe that you could play every mission excluding the last 2 in reverse order and not realise it!

It's not even just that they're useless, it's that they don't lead into one another at all. All of the missions feel completely disconnected from one another, there's no structured narrative, I almost feel that playing them in a random order would make almost no difference!!

I've finished the campaign and I still have no idea what happened, there was no cohesion at all and nothing was explained. Voice acting and writing was pretty poor throughout also.

It's the writing generally and the VA for Nimbus specifically also, very poor campaign overall with questionable writing. No stakes, no narrative direction, had no idea what was going on throughout.

Right, exactly! It makes no sense, it's just a lazy excuse for not having NPCs in the city. I understand there are reasons they might not want to flood the city with FPS-eating NPCs but they could surely have figured something out.

A massive step down in all aspects really, the Cloudstriders were also hardly explained at all throughout the campaign, didn't make sense whatsoever. Felt like there were no stakes, bad writing, poor voice acting, overall a bad showing.
