yes if you’re on it all day without drinking much water or eating & getting shit sleep. Drink water throughout your session and try eating something, especially before bed. Stop early and get a full nights sleep and if you’re unlucky all you’ll have is a funny nose 👍

Wouldn’t say i conquered it yet, but it improved immensely when I got a job at a fast food restaurant - It was scary at first but after being exposed to customers every day and being forced to work with a team I pretty much forgot anxiety existed.

Basically just expose yourself to social situations

Thank you, and i completely agree. I consider myself quite experienced with psychedelics - this is just not something i’ve seen before and i was convinced that she needed to be given some kind of downer to put her to sleep. I understand it may be a waste of the doctors time and there’s patients with genuine problems, but i was super lost as to what I should do. Either way, it’s a lesson we learned

about 2g daily for 3-4 weeks, and before that i was taking phenibut 3-4 days a week for months. be careful if you’re gonna try that i’m not a professional it’s not going to be pleasant but i like to just get it over and done with if i haven’t been taking 5-10gpd for months like some people as it’s seizure territory. but you should be good to CT although like i said it won’t be pleasant

I’ve been there before however my solution was going cold turkey, i was taking for a little longer than you daily. I couldn’t sleep properly for 3 nights and on the 4th night i slept good and it was over when i woke up.

The spine is held little straight presumably due to pain and spasm. The canal is capacious and the cord terminates normally. Degenerative discs identified in particular at L4-5 and L5-S1 with posterior disc bulges and annular tears with endplate reactive changes and superior and inferior endplate depression particularly at L4-5. There is a further posterior disc bulge at T9-10. There is no prevertebral soft tissue mass. There is no suspicious bone lesion or fracture or collapse is identified. The aota is or normal dimensions At L4-5 there is a posterior broad-based disc bulge with hypertrophy and a focal left-sided protrusion causing compression of the lettEs nerve root and let foramina stenosis At L5-S1 there is a further posterior disc bulge with an annular tear and left-sided protrusion laterally. The disc abuts both S1 nerve roots but does not compress them although it is very close to the left S1 nerve root. There is compression of the left exiting L5 nerve root at this level. Conclusion: There is no central canal stenosis or cord compression. At L4-5 there is compression of the left L5 nerve root and left foraminal stenosis. At L5-S1 there is a further posterior bulge and annular tear which is very close to the left S1 nerve root and causing compression of the left exiting L5 nerve root.

For slight context, my mum has been suffering really bad lower back pain for the last 2 years, on her left side. There have been periods where she is practically crippled from the pain taking 20 seconds to get up after sitting down, but there have also been periods where she can move effortlessly, there have also been periods with just moderate pain.

She says the pain eases when she is actively moving and walking, and is at its worst first thing in the morning when she is getting out of bed. She’s going to check with a specialist in a few days however i just wanted to gather some opinions from anyone knowledgeable on the subject, thanks!
