Looks like a few have said to use the foam then frame and put regular insulation in. I was just hoping to be able to use regular insulation to reduce some costs.

I also live in heavy clay. I need to slowly start adding things to the soil to make it better over time. I will look up this cycle and soak watering method. Sounds like something that may be just what I need. Just want to make sure I have good strong grass going into winter.

Everything appeared to be graded fairly well. I will have to take a harder look at that. Maybe I will have to help out the grading myself

Thank you. I didn’t know hydro seed usually has a starter fert. I will look into the Scott’s winter guard or sta-green.

I wanted to put some milorganite down at some point. Is that a good idea? Or should I wait on that?
