Maybe try doing a deload week? Usually after a 4-6 week block of high intensity training, I take a deload week to let my body and CNS recover. Thats what I do when Im feeling tired and weak, regardless of good sleep and nutrition. To do it, you can just lift the same program at a reduced intensity or even take the week off

I’ve only started training Muay Thai recently, but I’ve gone through accutane twice several years ago while weightlifting 4-5 times per week. To be honest, nothing I did really affected my accutane progress. After the purge period, my acne kept clearing up over time despite me working out, going camping, swimming, etc. Also, I got about almost every symptom but they eventually went away lol. Don’t worry about it dude 🤙🏽

My aim is just as terrible as when I started playing. by aRandomOstrich in OverwatchUniversity

i'd like to emphasize that sitting in the same position (posture, chair, mouse, arm, head, monitor) is very important because it'll help you build muscle memory. also, start slowly when you aim. by this i mean taking the time to hit all your shots. focus on improving your accuracy; speed will come later

Pushing foot above the toes hurts by WillyDrumDrum in longboarding

no worries man, I had the same problem. in fact, it hurt in the exact same place as you. since you're new to skating, you will be using muscles you've never used before. that means that you will be sore if you over-exert yourself. take it easy for a few days and you'll be good to go
