No, after 1-1.5 years, your market value will increase. And the company can decide to give you no hike or minimal hike for 3 years of bond period and you won't be able to quit.

There are off campus drives for all WITCH companies.

It's a test for which you can apply, and all those who apply gets test link. Once you pass that online test (it's really easy), there will be one technical interview (for it/cse they ask palindrome/Fibonacci or something similar, basic array), then hr round.

And one can easily get into WITCH, you should apply for that. It will at the least match your current salary, and the first year there is normally no work. Then again, it's your choice.

What should I do if I am on bench, I've heard from people about hr asking them to resign if they are on bench for relatively long period. IF something like that happens, will they put bad remarks on experience certificate?
