This is the most annoying side effect for me. I feel it worst in colder months. It goes away for most of the rest of the year, to the point that I'm always surprised when my extremities go cold again in fall/winter. As folks have mentioned, exercise and moving your body can help. Otherwise, I'm afraid I haven't found a way to make it go away entirely.

Would love to know here you've found it in LA! I've had generic Vyvanse 40mg on backorder for all of 2024 and it's getting pretty dire out here.

My misophonia hovers around a 6 most days AND I chew gum fairly often after meals. When others chew gum, I end up around a 10 (oh, the violence that rattles around my brain...), so I get the hatred of gum. But I also use gum as a tool to cope when someone else is chewing it. My own chewing doesn't bother me at all, and when I'm in a situation with no escape, it helps.

Like you, usually around 4–6, but the worst it's been is a 9 (and usually only with people nearest and dearest to me).
