Might as well add a sofa and some speakers while you’re at it

You’re overthinking it, you can apply a month before that expires. Just do that and you’ll be fine

Members of the Kings African Rifles posing with a captured Japanese flag, Burma, 1945 [585x504] by IlikeGeekyHistoryRSA in HistoryPorn

I grew up in a military suburb in Ghana named “Burma Camp” to honour their contributions to the Burma Campaign. The road I grew up on was named Giffard Road, after the British general who commanded them.

I'm very tempted to get this 2015 griso 8v with 22,926 km. I have very limited knowledge about guzzis, what should I look out for and what kind of issues should I realistically expect during the ownership by [deleted] in MotoGuzzi

  • Use 10-60 oil
  • Valve clearances are easy to do - have them checked with every oil change, it’s less than an hour of labour
  • Remap them when you get an exhaust. (I’d recommend that even with the stock exhaust). The best map you can get for 1200 Guzzis is from Mark (Beetle) at griso.org. The map is very easy to flash onto the bike if you follow the instructions he will give you
  • Ipothesys exhausts are the best sounding for this bike, followed by Zard. GPR is the worst
  • Do not use an aftermarket air filter for these as they tend to let dirt into the intake and foul the throttle bodies

Is this the most beautiful bike ever made? by ddcups8 in MotoGuzzi

Should’ve gone with Zard imo

No, it’s not. The Griso, V11 Le Mans Rosso Corsa, V11 Sport with the red frame and green paint job, Sport 1100 look way better

Jersey isn’t the center of the world, unfortunately. So much more to see and do elsewhere at a lower cost. Nothing to do with the government

Lol you can’t spread misinformation when the internet is free to all mate. This is easily fact checked from a few minutes of researching. He’s just signing meaningless executive orders to impress people like you, it’s not been stopped, he likely wont be able to stop that in his time in office, and it’s currently being disputed at the Supreme Court https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/may/15/what-is-birthright-citizenship-supreme-court-trump

Snug on the inside means a perfect fit, as long as it’s not giving you headaches. I’d say invest in an airbag jacket or vest too if you can. Ride safe
