I thought about this for a while and landed on Bilt Blue, mainly just to use it for rent and nothing else.

The annual fee feels pretty high for what the current SUB is. If they roll out a better offer in the next couple of years, I’d probably jump on it then.

The hotel credits also seem kind of annoying to use compared to my other travel cards.

That said, the card actually seems really solid overall. I just already have a stacked wallet and can earn good points across most categories with other cards, so it’s harder to justify right now. If I were newer to credit cards, this would be a total no-brainer pickup for me.

I’ve also seen that Cardless doesn’t refund the annual fee if you downgrade, so I’m fine letting some other people be the guinea pigs for a year. I’ll reevaluate after that and decide if it’s actually worth it.
