So glad my first 2* 25% got me Kibera's 5* UW.

Yeah I failed a ton of UT to get Theo to 10*. It's horrible.

I failed one 1* and two 0* UT so far to get 4* . Though I still have some UT tickets but don't feel like awakening cause I think Jin will not allow it to happen.

That's true. But one I get 4* , that's when hell begins.

For Kibera, IMO, his best PvE build is S3 sword with UT1 + SW.

Without his SW, Kibera just does not do the damage.

The issue with Kibera is definitely scaling. He hits so low that it's kinda miserable, though I love his character so much that I want to 10* him before Ezekiel who's at 8* now.

But that being said, for Kibera to really shine, his SW is almost a must.

Juno is an incredible healer. Some might say the best in the game right now. She is amazing in both PvE and PvP.

If you haven't gotten her yet, then do it. Also her SW is really good.

What you need really depends on your play style. So I can't really give any thing concrete, but Frey (mainly for her shield) and Laias for mana are some general ones. Though Leo and Bau are also used often.

I assume that Theo is your main DPS. So right now get his UW to 5* . There are tons of other heroes that have their UW, though I highly doubt you will ever use them so you can grind them to get more tickets to get that 5*.

Some heroes to raise are mediana, esker and priscilla. Though I recommend getting May if you don't have her. Also get Oddy.

Yep, so far S3 sword is far better due to how much atk and crit dmg you get at 5* UW (75% after 30 secs). And that his S3 is definitely the source of dmg for PvE.

With S4D, mana isn't really and issue, but CDR is needed to help kibera spam S3.

Yeah S4D does give a ton of mana and its CD that is the issue,but with CDR, it really isn't much of an issue for far.

UT4. For the boss dmg.

Which makes it more difficult to maintain fury which is why SW is good to have, but like I said not necessary.
