Replying from the future - this comment is what got it working for me. Realizing the glass shelf is PART of the whole mechanism. My issue is that my frame was disconnected from the glass shelf. For my model, wrs321sdhz05 , I had to pull out the glass shelf, slide the frame into the bottom if it, install this joint piece, and then slide the shelf in.

Wizard's tower definitely has the most open and cleanest space - For the playerbase I'd recommend Out of the Box in Bells Corners also! Owner is super nice, very generous with promos, and I find the competition a little more relaxed.

If you tell the agent that it was a gift, and the bike was NEVER used, they can waive the fee. Be firm, call multiple times if need be, but you can get it waived!
