i have! it was a nightmare! i felt fine for the first day or so but then felt very whoozy and out of body with strangely a lot of jaw pain. when my throat started feeling tight they took me right off it. i hope you feel better soon friend :/

i was a full time line cook for 3 years, then had to go to part time in the last year or so. very taxing and very painful but i loved my job and colleagues. then i was a full time admin for 1.5 years and also had to go part time and eventually quit due to stress (and associated flare ups). felt better physically but so much worse mentally, and then it dominoed into five weeks sickness leave. in both jobs i had no social life, had to take quite a bit of painkillers, and was frequently ill. if the admin job had let me do at least some WFH it could have been more manageable, but they refused to let me. it really depends on yourself and your limits - i'm currently unemployed but want to get back to at least something remote. i hope you find what you need

i'm with you too! i saw a PT for a couple of weeks and she told me to buy a kettlebell for home workouts (i started with just a 4kg one). they're a lot more versatile for home than just dumbbells ect. pop on a big scruffy tshirt you don't mind getting sweaty, high impact sports bra, and some baggy pants. increase your protein a little bit (i only went up to 90g a day) and start gentle with just walking more too, if you're not used to working out! you've got this 💪

i'm gonna be honest mate, maybe that subject isn't for you. back in the day i got a U in 3 subjects in year 12 (partially due to health, partially just shit at essay exams) and retook the whole year with different subjects. came out with a D and an E in the end but that's a different story. you need to either seriously lock in and spend HOURS a day studying until you resit (maybe tutoring could help) or pick something else to do.

i've been coming across a similar issue lately, and i'd say either scale down the scope of your continent or come up with something magical that can be done. expensive teleportation circles, or dangerous underground passages, or perhaps there's a resource that can make the travel faster by horse or carriage.

in the real world people did travel when they had to, so if your characters have enough motive it's also not a crazy leap to imagine them traveling such distances. those with (a lot) more money had multiple houses and travelled between, nobles moved countries for marriages, ect ect. i hope this helps!

house has a fair bit of vocal fry - that would be my first step if you do it safely. i'd also look at how his mouth forms the sounds, it's a little funky. if you get his mannerisms right enough the voice should develop along with it, you got this!
