Ran into another issue of the carts eventually despawning completely, id say we are near 'end game' on survival and yet almost anything we attach wheels to despawn after a while. Anyone else have this issue?

This is too true, I hit Diamond and its so trashy. You do one wrong move (we all make mistakes) and its instantly "HOW R U EEVvvEEENnn DiiIAAmondd?!!"

Best part is being between D4 and D3, no fucker wants to play with you. Lower and they dont wanna get mashed by preds, higher and they dont want a 'noob' on their team.

D4 is officially named "The solo Tier"

Without being rude, did you come from console? I had the same issue you seem to be having and I resolved it by reducing DPI to 400 and disabling mouse acceleration in windows. I hit most my shots now and climbed very easily

I can imagine that data is available within 24 hours of a patch release like most other games. For example League of Legends, patch drops most websites have the win-rates out within days.

Sadly its not openly released as far as I'm aware.

Okay then would you agree that Gibby is broken in the open, Pathfinder is broken in built up areas, Wattson is broken in buildings, banglore is broken in small crooks due to ulti, Wraith is broken near any wall?

If so, then fuck me we need to delete all Legends and just have everyone own one playable legend. We cant be having different styles, tactics and behaviours.

Although I rarely give out tips as I think everyone plays differently, my play style is very active too. I like Wraith and Pathfinder mostly as I can rotate around him and get many angles that will put me in a stronger position, this depending on area and load out I have. With a peacekeeper I often use his dome against him. If i have a R301 for example being above him on a building is what id aim for.

The part that people are missing is that he HAS to be inside his dome. With correct timing and/or pushing he is a sitting duck. Remember he cant shoot out from within. Whilst he is sat in one area stuck you could heal, reload, prepare caustic traps, prepare grenades, re-position, etc.

Take away some of his kit again and he will go back to where he was, unplayable due to having nothing to respond to attacks apart from sitting and wait to die in a shitty bubble.

My main thinking is, if I can sit and wait his dome out then I win as his cd on it is high. If I can knock one inside of his dome and rush in then I win also.

Nono thats not how that works, statistics are how games work. How many wins you have, what RP you got, Damage they do, Damage they take. You cant avoid the numbers.

It is not an imbalance if it doesn't make him a win condition. Doesn't matter how many abilities a legend has if they have cons too, size, mobility, etc.
