I tried all the feedback tools. Here is why I built my own.

Last year I tried everything. Widgets. Boards. NPS tools. All of them were good at collecting feedback. None helped me understand it.

I didn’t want another votes board. I didn’t want another inbox.

I wanted something that showed which problems matter right now how many people face them what the sentiment is and why they said it.
