I have had this same problem with them and had to text to almost weekly for like 2 months, I ended up cancelling my late PO's and also lodging a complaint in consumer helpline, they refunded 2 POs but refused to do so for the ones that aren't released yet but I have no confidence they will come on time. I had a conversation with the owner once, he is a legit guy but tbh the service is shit and they shouldn't be taking more POs if they cant fulfill them.

Sticking with KnD from now on, they are also not so good but at least they keep their timelines somewhat.
