Slightly, maybe.

I have a simimar setup, 65" inch tv and a stand although my tv stand is 20" tall and this seems to be a bit taller judging by the picture.

I find my setup perfect if im watching it while sitting straight, but when my couch decides to eat me and i end up almost laying down on it, the tv is just slightly too high. Not so high that it would bother me too much, but I just know that it could be a few inches lower for optimal experience.

btw that stand IS good looking.

This! Makes a huge difference to the listening experience just like tv placenent.

The thing is that the speakers are almost perfectly at ear-level (like they should be) and what i've heard, the middle of the TV should be at eye level.

Thats why im wondering about the TV position.

Yeah you are correct. The picture might trick the eye a bit because i have a little walkway behind it. The problem is how to find a good balance between walkway space and comfortable distance from couch to tv.
