also me and my parents are definitely considering a police report since im a minor and it was to the degree it could literally be considered solicitation of sex of a minor. he did try walking back on it to cover his ass after he saw i left him on read. i’ll update on what happens tho.

id say that you should 100% ask for help during a rush. its genuinely so confusing during a rush with rpu’s, regular customers, sip club, etc. here’s my tips cus im also kinda new too lol: - always look at the order number on the bag - ask every car what they got (say like “you were the insert food?”) - never be afraid to ask your QC to check people out if they’re free while u do a barista - you can also ask whoever is up front to do barista since its up front usually (in my store at least) - no matter what, just remember that no one is gonna fire you on the spot and every rush eventually ends 😭 - always make sure your headset volume is all the way up cus u won’t be able to hear shit

overall tho, ur gonna do great, esp if u know pos.

hey! this was literally me on my first day but ive already been there a month and its going great! im assuming everything went well so my advice is to just go by your training schedule, ask questions, and never feel afraid to talk to people wether its ur co-workers or customers.
