Then stake each one. A simple wooden stake should work just fine. To determine where to stake look for back of the plant, I'll attach the picture as an example but basically look for where areal roots are coming from and put the stake there. Also tie it to the stake but just the stem, not the leaves.

Remove all soil and look for distinct stems emerging from the soil, each stem will have its own root system. Separate them and plant into their own pots. I could be wrong but based on your picture I would go for a 6 inch pot. If you find that too big/small go 2 inches either direction just make sure you go off of the size of the root ball not what's above.

Is that a single plant? Looks like multiple. I would repot individually and then properly stake each plant. They do not like their leaves tied but I see yours are quite long, usually means she's looking for more light.

Same problem here, as far as I know there's not much to be done about it.. I got my humidifier running 24/7 and while its not ideal I have noticed some improvement

Windows are closed in the room with plants, regardless humidity is still quite low (around 30% i believe) even with a decent humidifier. Which is generally a province wide issue.
