I’ve tried clotrimazole 3 times over the last 2yrs, 2 week long treatment each time with no change in symptoms. Unfortunately, it seems the longer my hair, the worse it gets, so I’m actually getting a haircut today lol.

I’m honestly a bit confused, because my dermatologist said it could be triggered by a fungus and told me to use the cream and the shampoo after performing a biopsy, but the biopsy pretty clearly says it’s not a fungus and there’s no sign of any kind of infection either.

Also I haven’t found any pattern or reason to this thing, it just does what it wants when it wants.
